To care for your toenails, start by washing your feet and nails with soap and warm water every morning and/or every evening. After drying them with a towel, remember to coat them well with cream or petroleum jelly; this will prevent the appearance of dead skin.
Don’t make it too short or you risk exposing your toes to infection. The straight cut with scissors avoids ingrown nails. You can then round off the corners with a nail file. If sunny days make you want to paint your nails, get a toe separator. Don’t forget to apply a base coat to protect your pedicure, before coloring the tips of your feet as you wish.
Our feet require a full pedicure every 2 to 5 weeks. In a beauty salon, the beautician performs a professional exfoliation and lasting hydration to the tips of your toes. Visible or not, toenails also have the right to care throughout the year to be beautiful and healthy!
